8 months ago, we lost a remarkable person and friend. Andy was the strongest of the strong. A beautiful man. And a cheeky pain in the arse! ;) :)

In 3 weeks' time, I'll be swimming the Bantham Swoosh, and I would love to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in Andy's honour. It will be a 6km swim, so I'm aiming for £100 per kilometre! Training is well under way, but I can feel myself floundering at the 4km mark! Any support and encouragement you can offer would be so gratefully received!
